Caitlin Lomax, Ben Matei and Jennie Tkaz WA finalists for 2022 Unreal Engine Short Film Challenge
Screenwest and Epic Games are pleased to announce that filmmaking team Caitlin Lomax, Ben Matei and Jennie Tkaz have received $50,000 to produce their animated short film, The Bolt, using Unreal Engine 5.
Zoe Pepper’s debut feature ‘Birthright’ lands West Coast Visions 2022
Zoe Pepper and Cody Greenwood’s black comedy has been selected as the 2022 recipient of Screenwest’s highly coveted West Coast Visions initiative, which will provide them with a $750,000 production grant.

‘WA Reflections’ short documentary initiative back for 2022
Screenwest and the State Library of WA are offering up to $15,000 production funding for up to six, early to mid-career WA filmmaking teams to produce documentary films of up to five minutes in duration. Applications close Monday, 4 July 2022 at 5:00pm AWST.
