Applications open for travel funding to attend Screen Forever 2024
Screenwest has announced a competitive travel round to provide a limited number of WA screen practitioners with funding support to attend Screen Forever 2024, taking place in Queensland from 19 – 21 March. Applications close Monday, 8 January 2024 at 5:00pm AWST.

Running from 29 August to 3 September in the vibrant South West, the festival has released an epic 2023 program featuring Screenwest-supported projects Keeping Hope, Marlu Man, Raising Thunder, I’m Not a Nurse, Touch, Babanil and Mr Kimberley.
Five WA Reflections short documentaries launching online today
The State Library of Western Australia and Screenwest’s joint initiative has produced five new documentaries based around stories from the State Library collections, with public screenings taking place between now and the end of the year.
Screenwest Digital Games Evening + IGEA’s ‘Australia Plays 2023’
