Regional WA to shine in upcoming feature films ‘Whale Shark Jack’ and ‘Drone Racers’
Family features Whale Shark Jack and Drone Racers are set to commence production in the Gascoyne and Pilbara regions, respectively, with both films serving as directorial debuts for WA filmmakers Miranda and Khrob Edmonds, and Alison James.

Applications open for travel funding to attend SCREEN FOREVER 2023

Screenwest has opened applications for the third Scripted Development Investment funding round for the 2022-23 financial year, closing Monday, 20 February 2023.

Screenwest launches the Digital Games Production Fund
Applications are now open for Screenwest’s new digital games fund, which encompasses Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production phases of game development. Screenwest is also offering the opportunity for a limited number of WA studios and developers to attend the Game Developer Conference (GDC), taking place in San Francisco next March.
