As Head of Industry Development, Ingrid will lead the design and delivery of Screenwest’s industry growth initiatives including our production attraction incentives, film-friendly initiatives, workforce capacity, documentary and digital games.
With over 15 years’ experience in the screen industry, Ingrid has held senior leadership roles including Head of Production, Head of Corporate and Line Producer, with deep expertise across Australian and international documentary content.
A collaborative and strategic leader, Ingrid took a break from the industry to work at The Bullshift Company and brings this valuable leadership and strategy experience back to the screen industry.
A proud Western Australian, Ingrid is passionate about working with industry and government partners to grow the scope and profile of Western Australian screen production.
