Updated Scripted Production and Footloose guidelines announced

Screenwest has updated its Scripted Production and Footloose guidelines based on industry feedback and the evolving needs of the local sector.

Consultations began in 2023, asking industry to provide feedback on how Screenwest could update its Scripted and Footloose Production guidelines to:

  • Support, attract and retain WA talent;
  • Increase crew capacity; and
  • Boost local production levels.

Thank you to everyone who participated.

These updated guidelines will apply to all future Scripted Production and Footloose funding rounds.

A summary of key changes is outlined below. For more details, refer to the full guidelines.
