Screenwest End of Year Pay Run Dates

The Screenwest office will be closed from Wednesday, 24 December 2025 to Thursday, 1 January 2026 (inclusive).  

The final pay run for 2025 will occur on Tuesday, 23 December.  To be included in this pay run: 

• • All the documents required to trigger your next contract drawdown must be received by 9am AWST Wednesday, 10 December.  

• • All invoices must be received and approved by your program contact by 9am AWST Wednesday, 17 December. 

Please allow adequate time for acquittals and/or deliverables to be signed off to ensure invoices can be approved in time for the final pay run. 

Please note: Banking processes differ between institutions and payments may not be cleared on the same day they are processed by Screenwest.  As a result we are unable to confirm the exact date funds will be cleared. 

The first invoice pay run for 2026 will occur on 8 January, 2026.
