Screenwest is pleased to announce a paid Production Coordinator Attachment is available for a Western Australian screen practitioner through the Screenwest BTL Crew Capacity Program on an upcoming Feature Film, based in Fremantle. Applications close Monday, 27 October 2025 at 5pm AWST.
About the attachment
Role: Production Coordinator Attachment
Dates: Friday, 31 October – Wednesday, 10 December 2025
Location: Fremantle
Production Company: Never Sleep Productions
The successful candidate will complete six consecutive weeks as a paid Production Coordinator Attachment under the expert guidance of Line Producer, Vikki Barr, where you will:

- Work closely with the wider Production Team in the office to gain a deeper insight production office runs on a feature film.
- Have the opportunity to observe weekly cost report meetings
- Gain an understanding of the accounting procedures on an Australian Feature Film
- Build a greater knowledge of the relationship between the production office and all other departments involved in feature film
WA First Nations practitioners and WA practitioners from historically underrepresented groups are encouraged to apply.
If the right candidate cannot be found for this role, the attachment may be offered in another department.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
In addition to the requirements in the BTL Crew Capacity Program – Applicant Guidelines
and Screenwest Terms of Trade, the successful applicant will:

- A basic understanding of Excel
- Good attention to detail
- A good understanding of the physical processes for feature film
Special consideration will be given to applicants with:

- Production Office Experience
