Post Production Coordinator Attachment

A paid Post Production Coordinator six-week attachment is available for a Western Australian screen practitioner thought the Screenwest BTL Crew Capacity Program. The attachment will be working on a documentary.

Dates: Monday, 9 February 2026 – Friday, 20 March 2026

Location: North Fremantle

Production Company: Prospero Productions

Responsibilities:  Under the expert guidance of Senior Production Manager Karina Rowe you will:

Have the opportunity to work closely with the Series Producer/Director and Production Manager to assist with the following tasks:

• • Assist with Fact Checking
  • Assist with Transcribing
  • Follow up any outstanding Personal/Location/Archive Release Forms
  • Assist with producing Release Logs for the Legal Binder
  • Completing data entry on Silvermouse for UKTV deliverables
  • Completing Music Cue sheets
  • Completing text element documents
  • Assist in updating deliverables tracker
  • Assist in sorting and selecting publicity stills for approval
  • Compiling stills log for deliverables
  • Assist editorial team with research with necessary

The Production Company will select the successful applicant. Screenwest provides administration support.

Key Requirements

In addition to meeting the eligibility requirements in the BTL Crew Capacity Program – Applicant Guidelines and Screenwest Terms of Trade, you must have:

• • Good attention to email
  • Good communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with a diverse team
  • Experience using Microsoft word
  • Basic understanding of Excel

Special consideration will be given to applicants who have experience in:

• • Research Experience
  • Archive Experience
  • Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and feedback
