Screenwest is pleased to announce a paid Post Production Coordinator Attachment is available for a Western Australian screen practitioner through the Screenwest Crew Attachment Program on an upcoming Documentary Series based in North Fremantle. Role: Post Production Coordinator Attachment
Dates: Monday, 10 November 2025 – Friday, 19 December 2025
Location: North Fremantle
Production Company: Prospero Productions
The successful candidate will complete six consecutive weeks as a paid Post Production Coordinator Attachment under the expert guidance of Production Manager, Sarah Brims where you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Series Producer/Director and Production Manager to assist with the following tasks;
- Assist with fact checking, transcribing, updating the deliverables tracker and sorting and selecting publicity stills for approval
- Follow up any outstanding Personal / Location / Archive Release Forms
- Assist to produce Release Logs for the Legal Binder
- Completing Music Cue Sheets
- Completing Text element documents
- Compiling stills log for deliverables
- Assist editorial team with research where necessary
The attachment will gain an overall understanding of post-production process, observing the editorial process in post-production and gain understanding of the scripting process. They will come away with an understanding of the permits application process, building research skills for fact checking and develop skills, organising and tracking deliverables.
WA First Nations practitioners and WA practitioners from historically underrepresented groups are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
In addition to the requirements in the BTL Crew Capacity Program – Applicant Guidelines
and Screenwest Terms of Trade, the successful applicant will:
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and feedback.
Special consideration will be given to applicants with:
- Research experience
