Nine TV, film & online Western Australian projects receive scripted development funding

Screenwest has announced the nine recipients of the latest Scripted Development Investment funding round, with the successful projects including a TV series about a disgraced teacher accused of kidnapping, a feature film set in WA’s Tinglewood forest and an online series following a young footy fanatic’s quest to start a girls team.

Screenwest to roll out The Everyone Project in January 2023

The Everyone Project is an industry-wide initiative to measure diversity and the inclusion of historically under-represented and excluded voices and filmmakers in Australian film and TV production, with Screenwest rolling out the project across production funding from January 2023.
