A paid six week Post Production Coordinator attachment is available for a Western Australian screen practitioner through the Screenwest BTL Crew Capacity Program. The attachment will be working on a Documentary series.

Responsibilities
Under the expert guidance of Line Producer Karina Rowe, you will:
- Gain an understanding of post-production processes including scripting, permits application, archival approvals
- Assist with fact checking and transcribing
- Follow up any outstanding Personal / Location / Archive Release Forms
- Assist to produce Release Logs for the Legal Binder
- Completing Music Cue Sheets, text element documents and stills log for deliverables
- Assist in updating deliverables tracker; sorting and selecting publicity stills for approval and assisting editorial team with research where necessary
- Gain an overall understanding of post-production process
- Observe the editorial process in post-production
WA First Nations practitioners and WA practitioners from historically underrepresented groups are encouraged to apply.

The Production Company will select the successful applicant. Screenwest provides administration support.
Key Requirements
In addition to meeting the eligibility requirements in the BTL Crew Capacity Program – Applicant Guidelines and Screenwest Terms of Trade, you must have:
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
Special consideration will be given to applicants who have experience in:
- Research experience
- Archive experience
- Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and feedback
