End of financial year pay run dates

The last pay run for the 2025–26 financial year will occur on Thursday, 25 June 2026.

To be included in this pay run:

• Send all required documents for your contract drawdown as early as possible.  These must be checked and approved before your invoice can be processed in the final pay run.
• Your invoice must be received by your Screenwest contact by close of business on 16 June 2026.

The first payment for the 2026–27 financial year will be made on 9 July 2026.

As banking processes differ between institutions, payments we make may not clear on the same day they are processed. If you have any questions about when your funds will clear, please contact your bank.
