Producer Accelerator and Bill Warnock Talent Initiatives Reopening

Screenwest is pleased to announce that the Producer Talent Accelerator and Bill Warnock Talent Accelerator initiatives for 2025 are now open for applications. 

WA First Nations screen practitioners and WA screen practitioners from historically underrepresented groups are encouraged to apply. 

 

Producer Talent Accelerator 2025 

This year-long skills development program will see an early-to-mid career Western Australian producer receive up to $100,000 to help accelerate their career.  

The producer will be supported to undertake bespoke activities or secure an exceptional placement opportunity. This may include hands-on experience locally, nationally or internationally, and/or high-level industry mentoring.

Bill Warnock Talent Accelerator 2025 

This year-long skills development program will see an early-to-mid career WA screenwriter receiving up to $100,000 to expand their creative development skills and industry experience.   

The writer may choose to undertake a series of bespoke activities or secure an exceptional placement opportunity with a reputable at-arms-length company / provider which may include hands-on writing experience or high-level industry mentoring.
