Remaining 2023 fortnightly payments will be made on 30 November and 14 December, with a final, added pay run being made in the last week of December.  The schedule for this final pay run and the first pay run of the new year is as follows:

  • Friday, 8 December 2023: All funding conditions precedent for grant funding drawdowns in Screenwest contracts must be met by 5:00pm AWST.
  • Friday, 15 December 2023: Invoices must be submitted to the relevant Screenwest staff member and approved for payment by 5:00pm AWST.
  • Thursday, 21 December 2023: Final pay run for 2023.
  • Tuesday, 2 January 2024: Invoices must be submitted to the relevant Screenwest staff member and approved for payment by 5:00pm AWST.
  • Friday, 5 January 2024: First pay run for 2024.

Please allow adequate time for funding conditions, acquittals and/or deliverables to be signed off by the relevant Screenwest staff member, in order to ensure invoices can be approved in time for final pay runs.

Please note: Processes differ between banking facilities and payments may not be cleared on the same day they are processed by Screenwest, therefore we are unable to determine when the funds will be cleared.
