DESCRIPTION:Screenwest\, in collaboration with Fremantle Press\, Magabala Books and Margaret River Press\, is excited to announce Adaptable.\n \n This new initiative is designed to increase the number of Western Australian literary stories\, particularly those from underrepresented groups and Indigenous writers\, being adapted for the screen.\n \n Adaptable kicks off with a ‘Meet the Books’ night on Tuesday\, 15 September 2020 at 6:00pm AWST.\n \n Participation in ‘Meet the Books’ is the necessary first step to applying for funds under this initiative. You can register for the event on the Screenwest Zoom webinar page.\n \n The full guidelines\, SmartyGrants application link and eligibility criteria will officially launch the day of the ‘Meet the Books’ event on Tuesday\, 15 September 2020 on the Development Funding page of the Screenwest website.
